so I tried downloading it, but I think I did it wrong because with every neighborhood i load now (including this one) is completely empty. no houses, here's what I did.. I think I've maybe did it wrong
I put the custom content in my downloads, I made a "characters" folder for my game and put the characters, lots, n008 in it
and i put n008 into the neighborhoods folder

oh.. i put the "newport beach" file in my neighboorhoods folder too
