Sorry that you had trouble installing. Glad everything worked out for you. For future reference, I suggest using the clean installer to install houses. It bypasses the error message you get from the sim2pack installer.
Also, I only upload houses with custom content that I can include in the download. If, for some reason, I put something in there that I can't include, I will specify exactly what it is and where to get it.
Have fun!

Where abouts did you get the kitchen, green bedroom and alley neighbourhood from? A link to the kitchen can be found in one of the posts above. It should have a link to Simtomatic's profile on MTS2. A link to the bunk beds can also be found in one of my posts above. It should say Grand Trianon Post #7, but you'll have to look though the threads above that. It should say Loft Bedroom Set. The desks are from TSR, but I can't find a link to it, sorry. And I don't understand what you mean by "alley neighborhood". I built all but 2 lots in that neighborhood. I will be uploading every lot that I built within the next couple of weeks, either here or at my site.

Required EP'sUniversity Nightlife OFB Pets I started creating community lots for my new town today and this tiny little boutique is so cute, I just have to share. Sugar Babies is a children's boutique and has been in business for 47 years. Here you'll find fabulous pint sized clothing all made by hand. You can shop for already made clothing on the first floor or head upstairs to have that special something tailored for your child. For children's fashion, this is the place to be. FeaturesPrice: Around 40.000 Lot Size: 1x1 (This is not a mod, it is simply smaller) Floors: 2 Bathrooms: 1 Decorated and Furnished, NO CUSTOM CONTENT IS INCLUDED IN THE LOT *The paintings that I made to go with this lot are in a separate download. They do not come with the lot and are not required for the lot to work. I don't remember the actual names of the paintings I used, but the Sugar Babies sign is the BIG graffiti painting and the children ones are the 1 tile red smoke painting.FindsTo get the tailor set visit Gara's Boutique. Got to objects--->Themed Set--->Tailor Set For info about the 1x1 Lot, see this thread. Sugar BabiesPreviews of the Paintings

please can you release the furnished version PLEASE! Sorry, I can't. First, because a lot of the items are from donation sets. Second, because I have since reinstalled my game and cleaned out my downloads folder so I don't have the furnished version anymore. Thanks, everyone, for the comments. VJ

There is enough space for a large family and it's just pleasant for you and your sims. I love the colors, the style, everything! You did a great job and I must admit that I am not so good at creating this style. I especially like the flower pots in the front. Good landscaping easily turns a house into a home. Thanks for sharing!
