I was asked if I would be creating mini community lots to go along with the mini residential lots. So far I have created two lots. The first is a restaurant, a nice small place for intimate dining. There are two floors. The first floor has a seating/reception area, two private dining areas and an outdoor bar. The outdoor bar leads to a small garden area. The second floor has the washrooms and additional private dining areas, two of which are open like a balcony that can be seen in the pictures. There are no custom content included.

This is a one bedroom home. In the furnished version, I set up the room for an expecting couple, where the baby has his/her own separate area from the main bedroom, which can be seen in the pictures. However, this area can always be changed into a quiet reading spot or a desk can be added to become a small work area for a single working sim or couple (just some ideas). :smile:

Your welcome! Yup, this is part of my mini series. I would love to hear who ends up living in this home.

When I finished this home, I didn’t realize how large it looked from the outside. The house is still quite small, considering there is a driveway and front and backyard space, but the view inside will show how tiny it is. I did manage to fit 3 bedrooms on the second floor, so this mini home can accommodate a few more sims, yet, the extra bedrooms can always be converted into something else.
