Title: Royal Palace of Atlantis--#7 in my Wonders for '08 Post by: Artamaeus on April 01, 2008, 05:00:08 am First, I have bad news: Petra (the temple from Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade) was too much for me. Apparently, building underground is not possible, so I wont be able to build this. Nor will I be able to build the world's largest pyramid, which is China of all places (Go ahead, look it up).
However, I did manage to do this. Now you may or may not believe in the legend of Atlantis, but I do. The world is just too big to discover everything in it. Why, only recently, did we finally take pictures of the Giant Squid. So don't tell me it is impossible for a civilization such as Atlantis to be nothing but a tall tale. Until we have every corner of the globe, and even under the massive ocean, and prove it never existed, it will always be a reality in my book. And I hope you enjoy the Royal Palace of Atlantis. As you know, I have played many classic games. Myst and Riven to name two. I got my ispiration for those games, as well give the Atlantian structure an authentic ancient look, while still giving it a lot of architectural flare, so when your sims moves into this 132,000 home, they can say "No one but the inhabitants of Atlantis could've built this!" :headbang: Attention all you Aussie's out there! :headbang: #8--the last wonder in my list--is going to be my way of saying G'day from the Canada! 100% maxis content.
