She lived a good fifteen years (those last two with me after she was adopted by my family), and I'm dealing with it rather well (apart from a few moments throughout the day), so........



In happier news, the book I'm working on is progressing nicely. Also working on a gameplan to get into better shape, with the slight possibility of deciding to begin training for a career in pro wrestling once I'm in relatively decent shape.

I just had to have my dog Brie put to sleep today.

I'm currently listening to the lovely sounds of a squeaky hamster wheel and my thoughts.

Independence Day.

Not exactly a good movie in the classical sense, but as an action movie spectacle (one-liners everywhere, cities get blown up, good triumphs in the end, much violence, enough sexuality to break up the constant action), it's great....and to think it's going to be re-released in 3-D next year. I'm excited for that.
