I didn't take a look at what in particular was causing it, I went ahead and got another house instead. I will go into it soon and see what it is. I have the Pets expansion so I don't know why the CC wouldn't work right.

Cause I had this once with the custom colored tree. Enter the lot, then go back to neighborhood and enter it again. It`s similar thing like with flashing blue accesories. Yep, let me know how did it go. EDIT: I think the laurel tree could be recolored. I got in there with a Sim and it kept setting her off to force error. After I eliminated the garden, everything was fine.
