Pre-Teen: The Legend Of Zelda (The 1st NES version)

Early Teens: Double Dragon (Arcade game)

Mid Teens: Street Fighter II (And all of the updates, Champion Edition, Turbo, Super & Super Turbo)

Late Teens: Grand Theft Auto (The FIRST game. You'd be surprised how many people haven't played the original. I'm one of the few who can say they've played and beaten EVERY GTA game. Disturbing, ain't it?) :P

Well I always played this one little kid game on the computer, but, sorry, can't remember what it was. The only other thing I've ever played was Sims 2.

i do remember this one game i used to play a lot when i was kid. it was like this weird, cartoonish-like game but i can't really describe it and i can't remember the name of it! but that was like, in the mid-  to late 90s and i was four, five, maybe six years old back then, so its kinda hard for me to remember the great details of it...

Oh in the earliest days Donkey Kong & Space Invaders...then Q-bert, Galaga, Centipede—anything that ate my quarters and immortalized my high scores.

when i was a kid, i loved to play Sonic the hedgehog 1 the original one. as my sega genesis quit working i got a ps one (along time ago...)  for christmas i got a couple games those are: Crash Bandicoot original, Crash Bandicoot Warped (the third installment in this series.) as a advanced in to my early teen years. i got a ps2 for christmas, and  the games for it are GTA San Andreas, Driv3r, GTA Vice City. and when i turned 18 i got a ps3 with 1 game with it, that is Need For Speed carbon. i also have computer games as well i have from oldest to newest: Simtower, Simcity 3000, Simcity 4, and all the sims 2 games minus pets, and chuzzle deluxe. and i think i have some other sim type games somewhere.

but those are my faves for each machine :cool: ;D

Sorry, I didn't play many computer games when I was younger. Just word and math games, a few Barbie ones, and then Sims 1.  ;)

I loved playing super mario brothers on nintendo and sonic on sega when I was young.Now adventures games are my favorites where you have to use your brain to unlock puzzles like myst,aura,broken sword and so on.

LOL!!! There were no such things as video games when I was a child..it wasn't till I was 15 that there was a "Pong" table at a store...shortly after "Space Invaders" so I'll go with that!!!    ;D

Pong was a tad earlier than me but Oh how I loved Pit Fall for Atari and Frogger. Then as a teen Super mario Brothers,Contra and Legend of Zelda for Nintendo Now I like Pc games not much for the other. I Play sims and World of Warcraft...

Monopoly. Still is. Now I'm a collector of different themes.

Perhaps I was born earlier than I thought.  :confused: lol. I don't know, but I know 'em. I think I had some, actually. I used to play with them in puddles with my cousin. LMAO.

TOYS: Still have a few weebles (hides them from Zordac) 1tehe.   Lincoln logs, Lionel trains, The honey hill bunch, Stretch Armstrong,  & The Mork & Mindy Card game.

OUtside or competition games: Redlight greenlight, dodgeball, & POGs & yes I still have my collection somewhere too 1titter.  Now you're talkin my kinda games!  1thumb

POGs, my daughter still has her collection. Lego's , always a favorite, Brat. But as a child of the late 60's early 70's we were always outdoors, riding bike, rollerskating and skateboarding. Lot's of sunshine and exercise.

Sooo true!  #1 Christmas present back then-bicycle,lol.  I also got Jamie Somers (still have her).  Funny story my lil one fond my old toy stash and was amazed.  Then she went to the net to watch Thundercats, Bionic woman,  Wonder woman.   rof!! 2laugh.

Now she like converting kids in droves to give up the "junk shows" and relive the justice league, wonder twins.  Then they had a sleepover and they're all out in the big room talking about how "they're" (<--reminicent of 'the man' 1tehe) hiding all the good cartoons from them, and without "Avatar" they 'd be wasting their time.

I mean picture a room full of 6-10 year olds in sleeping bags discussing the conspiracy of tv  &  commercials to hide all the good shows like tom & jerry & bugs bunny that teach them how to be smarter...My Lord I was in my room trying to hide the hystrical laughter in my pillow.


I fully will hold myself responsible for any renewed interest in the "good  ol cartoons". 1titter

That is just Great DaSpecial1!!! I can picture it... 1laugh! How about spending the ENTIRE Saturday at the theater for one price..a buck? All those cartoons! Then Godzilla and Godzuki!!! Good times.....

Oh too funny we had a debate recently (kids & I) about whether godzilla was male or female.  Then the one where godzuki jumps over the tail, and the lil puffs of O-rings when he was practicing the ray, rofl 2laugh !! I think you appreciate those scenes more as a parent. 1tehe

I think Godzilla was a male, just the way he carried himself, ya know? But then again he/she was patient with Godzuki...Oh! Mothra!!!! And the twin girls? Don't recall their names at the moment.  :D

I used to be outside playing Baseball from sun up to sun down when I was a kid.

TV was something that the grownups watched. Except for Saturday morning when we would watch all of those great learning cartoons that Dasi showed the kids. ;D

My brother was in Body shop in school he 5 yoear older that me, one year he tricked out my bike into a
BMX he modifed it the handle bars paint with the cross bar and put a real BMX pad on it and real BMX grips. He then painted the the shade of orange that General Lee from Dukes of Hazzard and finished it off with those knobby tires..I rode the wheel off of it...I love my big brother..   

my favorite was hungry hungry hippos :D
... except my parents had to buy 3 of them because i kept eating the marbles xDD

My favorite board game was Guess Who  :rolleyes: and in video games I loved the orginal Mario.

That's both the funniest and the most awesome thing I've herd all week.

I also loved Spotlight, which was basically 40/40 in the dark with torches.

Ok...Forgot, jacks, hopscotch and an unnamed game where you take a deck of a cards and line up 10 of the cards against the wall, in an angle, with the remaining cards you throw and fling them at the angled ones, trying to knock them down. The winner is the one with the least remaining cards standing. Exciting, yeah?  :p

^Played that too, and the board game Operation, except it was nerve racking...I jumped everytime I touched the side and it and it let loud EEEKKK!!! Loved double dutch too. Just being outdoors....

we played Follow the leader on BMX bikes...I got goog at patching inner tube catus and all...

I had a 55-gallon drum with a whole cut in it....if I got inside and turned it upside down it was a spaceship, if I layed it down and sat in the hole it was a racecar....damn I loved that drum

In my day, games hadn't been invented yet, so we played something that was sorta like dodgeball, only pointy.

ah Dodgeball thanks for the memories.  Funny I heard that game is not allowed in schools anymore.

^Loved kickball, I can understand why dodgeball is (possibly) no longer allowed in school, for the obvious reasons.

Dodgeball. I loved dodgeball. Unfortunately, certain incidents involving said game got me suspended a few times in school.

...I also loved another game that revolved around a stick I had as a wee little lass. I called it 'Give Jenna Your Stuff or She'll Whack You With It'.

Red Roover. Loved that game. Tried play in last term with a bunch of college guys and girls. Not guite the same there was a lot of bodily harm this time. Actually bodily harm was a nice perk. Some of the guys crush some annoying little hos.

Football, always boys against girls...and I mean tackle. Yes baseball too, my favorite sport. ;D

We had a game called who could catch the biggest horny toad. it was a Texas only game I think. This is what they look like, but their not posionious.

My favorite game?  Yeesh, that's a tough one.  I'd hafta say any games I played with my best friend Jordan.  I didn't know he was gay back then........hell, I didn't even know what gay was at the time!  We'd play House (he was always the wife ;D), Power Rangers (he was Kimberly, the pink Ranger), and a lot of others...

Best game as a teen for me was 'British Bulldog'.
But then they banned it because it was "Unsafe"
*Pfft* Kids ganging up and tackling each other to the muddy ground covered in rocks as they try to bowl though you unsafe? Nonsense!
Didn't bother us tho.
We just started playing 'French Poodle' instead.
A game some might say was suspiciously similar to the former.  ;)
