Also if we could visit a friend that lives in a house..Another one I don't think can be done but if any1 can do it it would be Squinge.. Thank you so very much for your time and help. Be sure to enclose the back garden fully so it can only be accessed via the back door, otherwise you won't be able to put anything in the garden, or plant in it.
Otherwise renting doesn't work very well as the game charges the sims for moving in anyway, in code that is not accessible to modders. You can use my mortgage shrubs to offset the house price, when you build it, so your residents would move in for free and start paying interest, which you could pretend was rent.
