So... I decided to purchase the Deluxe eddition and unitstalled my base game which was the only game I had. Now I'm trying to re-download complete sims that I had before with just the base game but now I'm getting the missing required expansion pack nonsense. When I unistalled the sims 2 I forgot to move my downloads folder out so I lost all the Complete sims that I downloaded. When I went back to download them...many of them base game compatable i can't install with the sims 2 deluxe. Title: Sims Deluxe issue Post by: Rogue777 on August 08, 2007, 07:58:03 pm Ah, I get it. Use Clean Installer to install them instead of the built in Maxis one.
