Title: Small House 2 bdrm 1 bth Post by: Rogue777 on June 03, 2006, 06:15:07 pm This is a small house that I built. It's unfurnished, but I've included screenshots of it furnished (with all Maxis objects).
I did not knowingly use any custom content in the building of this house, so if some inadvertently got in there, I apologize and I will give credit to whomever. I used Sims2PackCleanInstaller. Anyway, it's got a bedroom that's just large enough for a double bed, and a small second bedroom that will accommodate one or two single beds. The kitchen is spacious, and could be decorated as an eat-in kitchen if desired. I like my Sims to have plenty of cabinet space. It sells for around 16K unfurnished. It has a driveway, so you will need at least NL for that. I'm not sure if you need OFB for this house. I have OFB installed, but I don't think I used any objects that are OFB specific. I tend to build smaller houses because they are so much easier for me to play, and in a lot of ways, they're more challenging to build. I hope you like this one.
