1  Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Discussion / Bubble Butt? on: August 06, 2006, 10:13:18 am
I had one of my Sims glow blue after drinking too much Elixir of Life. It only went away when he finally turned into an Elder.

Hey everyone! This is my first mesh for the Sims 2. Using the excellent Unimesh tutorials on ModtheSims2, I was able to attach the army boots from the military career to the underwear/nude/speedo mesh. My first attempt had the top of boots seamlessly connected to the leg of the sim, but I didn't like it so I started over and made it so there is a seam.

I included a skin with some leather hotpants, which is classified as Everyday clothing for Adults and Young Adults. I'm not sure how this is handled in regards to expansion packs, so it may require University. This is handles by the skin only though, so people without Uni can still use the mesh. I also made it so that the footsteps sound like boots, not bare feet.

Please let me know what you think, and tell me if there are any problems. Packaging files for others to download is still relatively new to me, so I may have made a mistake along the way.

You may freely distribute these files(keyword being FREELY -- no paysites), as long as you give me credit. Feel free to reskin it Smiley

Thanks again, everyone!

I absolutely LOVE it.

However, the formal gown does not show up in the game. Is there any typw of mesh I need for it?
Oops! Looks like I made a mistake. The formal gown uses a mesh from Nightlife(I think it was a Teen dress in the origial Sims 2). Sorry about that Sad

Hey everyone! This is the first set of textures I've made in a LOOOONG time, and the first time I've posted anything here.

I got the initial idea for this set from sgoobysnacks29's Bella Goth Alternatives set. I enjoyed it so much, that I decided to do an entire set of clothing inspired by the mysterious Bella Goth for my sim Sabelle(who claims to be Bella's illegitimate daughter).

There are seven outfits:
A new spin on Bella's original dress
A lacey variation of the original perfect for night clubs
A formal evening gown(complete with full-length opera gloves)
A swimsuit("Poolside Glamour," not intended for actual swimming!)
A set of lacey lingerie(that doubles as another swimsuit)
A lacey nighie
A workout outfit

All of the pieces include Bella's trademark jewelry and nail polish.

Two of the dresses use Marvine's Alpha Skirt mesh and the lingerie and swimsuit use Marvine's High Heels mesh.

All of the textures are modified Maxis originals, except for the heels for the 2 casual dresses, the lingerie, and the swimwear -- they use the original that came with the mesh(except the straps are tinted to match the rest of the outfit). If that's a no-no, let me know and I'll remove/change them.

Let me know if there are any problems -- as I said, it's been a while since I've uploaded anything like this so I may have missed something. The formal gown uses a mesh from Nightlife.

You can download each outfit individually, or the entire Collection.
