Lot Price: 38,406.00 This little house is for the very small grounds at a street, were 2x2 is already to big to place it. Specialy on Islands you sometimes face the problem that there is a street along the beach and not enough place to set a 2x2 lot on it. Here is my solution for this problem: (http://www.insimenator.net/attachment.php?attachmentid=99687&stc=1&d=1194034895) on the right side you can see the carport with access to a small room on a foundation and on the left side a big room with a stair to the first floor. (http://www.insimenator.net/attachment.php?attachmentid=99689&stc=1&d=1194034895) there is an empy room with a balcony on the right (over the carport) and an open gallery with balcony on the left side.
