This little cottage is set in an isolated area of the Cornish coast.Build in old stone to withstand the winds,it has a rustic charm typical of Cornish houses. It is a period cottage,with an open plan first floor,with a kitchen,a nook with a stone fireplace and an open area,full of light.Upstairs,you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom,but again space for a growing family. The garden is quite large,with a BBQ area,and plenty of space for a pool if you wish.Comes unfurnished,but i can give you an item list if you want.just pm me. Simpleprincess,im sorry you have taken offence! I spent a lot of time making your house.And it clearly states what expansions i have in my request thread.Further,you then complain you cant see the cc.
I could say i dont know why i bother making houses for request....EXCEPT everyone is usually really happy,and i like to make houses for people,if they appreciate it!Nuff said.:topic cl:

I have no idea,to be honest.I only have bv,ofb and pets.Ive heard of this sort of thing with bv beach lots,but dont know why.I dont think you can send it to the lot bin,and then use it...apparently.Try to redownload.let me know please

This is for erinmblair,who loves beach houses.I think this house is just over 20 simoleons. Ive a lovely French family living in mine,so this house is fully play tested as always. You need Numenors recolorable stairs from MTS2 for the stairs to show.Other than that,its a small beach lot(so you need BV) suitable for a small family(2 adults and 2 kids) Here are some pics.... Simple princess,i know you havent all the packs installed!(which was a bit pointless making this house) :roll:
I have done several checks and all appears fine,so cant understand the complaints at this end.However,i HAVE repackaged and zipped up the cc,so lets see if this works,for those who wish to try.
Other than that,cant do anymore guys.:smt120
Ive just tested and it downloaded and installed fine.......
remember you need OFB,PETS AND BV (cc will not show if you dont have these expansion packs)

I cant see why you are having this problem,unless you dont have the expansion packs.Ive forwarded it to my daughter,who has installed it fine,without issues.Has anyone else got any ideas for these guys?
