Title: Modern Loft Penthouse Post by: laydeek on May 27, 2008, 06:53:36 pm Looks like we all love our modern Lofts these days so this is my second attempt to create one. It's a fairly simple design but I think I have cleverly used the space, and its my favorite! I have attached however, pictures of what it could look like furnished... to give an idea of what you could do. The only thing left for you guys...is to create a bit of a garden and add some foliage to the front should you so choose. Enjoy!!
Please Note: You must have all EP's to download This house is 1b 2b + Sun deck, spread over 3floors The sun deck room has no roof. This was to add a little "outside in" effect,( I wanted to see the snow in the winter!) Don't worry there are doors to that room, so to keep the elements out of the main house. *Even though the house is empty* I want to give Thanks to all the those wonderful designers who created those great modern meshes that make my house look great!
