Very touching, almost brought a tear to my eye - didn't really expect that from a TS-2 video...
Marvin Gaye, Motown legend - huge talent with the voice of an Angel - sadly missed. [You'll not be forgotten - R.I.P Bro.]
Very professional, nice attention to detail and good AV quality too - thanks for sharing!. [5 Stars from me]

Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Discussion / What is the most surprising thing that your Sims have ever done?
|

Hmmm?, according to a very well known dating site Malcolm Landgraab IV and Bella Goth would make an ideal couple... So, poor old Mr. Goth met with accident (squashed by a falling satellite - one of my personal favourites!) - Bella was then seduced by Malcolm and everything was running very much to plan, apart from the odd haunting every now & then. Until on that fateful day, when the hot tub they were both in got struck by lightning (not once, but twice!!!) and Malcolm was killed, leaving poor Bella on her own again - weird thing was I could have sworn I heard the ghost laughing when it happened. Spooky or what?, I was even tempted to switch off the PC and call a Priest!...

Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Discussion / What have you done with your default sims?

Hmmm?, so many Sims - so little time!... Malcolm Landgraab IV is a Multi-Millionaire [Criminal Genius] who owns most of the clubs downtown and a big chunk of Bluewater (plus, he's currently married to Jodie Larson [Mad Scientist] - althou' he really loves Lucy Hanby [Maid]), Chester Gieke is his willing accomplice [Getaway Driver] and Jason Larson [Captain Hero] is trying to save the World from evil!. Bella Goth seems to be very popular with the Alien community, and has a nasty habit of getting abducted...

Cheers Yakov!, these are great - just ideal for movie-making/story-telling etc. and superbly crafted (as always) - off now to film "Dr. Who meets Hot Fuzz" in Strangetown!. Hmmm?, don't suppose these Mannequins have Guns built into their hands do they? - it would explain the dead bodies lying about the place!... Thanks for taking the time to create, upload & share with us!.

Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Help / 'Securom isn't bad' according to Maxis
|

Hmmm?, not sure if this is 'SecuROM' related or not - but I had a major problem after playing 'BV' the other day. Exited the game and shutdown the PC as normal, booted up the next day and 'XP Pro' flatly refused to run! - so I enabled enhanced testing in the bios and found this little beauty of an error!. 'UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME' So, I dug out my recovery disks and finally got it running again, ran full scandisk/clean-up/de-frag/virus check - no hardware/surface faults with the PC/disk and no virus - however, software wise the 'Master Root Table' had been corrupted. Everything seems fine now - but I haven't had the courage to play 'BV' for days!. Off now to try again, fingers crossed - wish me luck!... *Update:- We're up & running again, looks like the culprit was a failed MS update - phew!.
