5 single family units on 1 lot,2-3 story units and 3-2 story units, for a total of 12 bedrooms and 17 baths, I know only 8 sims can live on a lot, but you never know when a friend will want to spend the night, or maybe your college needs a new dorm out front you will find each unit has it's own driveway, mailbox, trash pickup, after dark you will notice the well lit entry, and each unit has it's own security system each unit also has a full basement, perfect for a laundry room, game room, home gym, band practice, or just tinkering with stuff the first floor has a fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, dishwasher, trash compacter, microwave, phone and smoke detector, there's also a solid oak bar perfect for casual dining, out back you'll find a deck and large community pool the second floor has 2 medium sized bedrooms, each with private bath and walk in closets in the 3 story units, on the top floor you will find a huge loft style bedroom, also with walk in closet, and master bath, complete with built in hot tub, his and hers vanity, and seperate bath and shower decorated in beechy keen paint with light wood trim, and hardwood floors throughout, but feel free to redecorate OFB and nightlife required credits: Phoenix Phaerie for the georgian windows, you can find them here (http://sumomo.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?p&t=188669) and here (http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=267590) Marmy for the built in closets, you can find them here (http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=190706) and here (http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=186666) stairs, the stairs I'm not 100% sure about, they were in a house I downloaded from TSR here (http://www.thesimsresource.com/downloads/sims2/lots/residential/traditional/680801/), no credit was given, the item description is in a different language, there's a link to numenor, but it's the CEP file, there's also a link to mangosims (http://mangosims2.free.fr/constructions.htm) but I don't see them there, if anybody recognises them please tell me, I'll be more than happy to edit and credit, they're one of my favorite set of stairs Title: Ashton Meadows condo style housing Post by: Ali on June 19, 2008, 02:42:58 pm excellent lot :thumbup: thanks

Thank you, I really liked those stairs, normal stairs look so bulky, those have a nice open feel to them, while still having railing for safety Title: hi Post by: lindseyanne2000 on June 20, 2008, 01:20:27 pm i'd like to personally express my thanks for this building, i have decided that when the new expansion- apartment life comes out i want to be fully prepared for it.
i feel that this would make a great complex and with a few personal touchs in the way of deco i can see me playing for ages. going to landscape too , off i go thanks again. eagerly awaiting more of this type of buildings. |
