Face Factory is a software you have to pay for. There are no free downloads for it other than gaining it through illegal means, which of course is against site rules to request warez of sorts.
Besides, the program itself is a big rip-off. $19.95 for it to make fugly, demonic-looking sims isn't such a wise choice of action.
