Hi - I had a glitch in my game where the game would freeze during the night.  I decided to remove all households I was playing and basically start over.
Now my sims can't communicate with each other.  I try having one talk to another, and my only choice is "Mean".  Unless there's music nearby then they also have the chance to "Dance Together".
Any thoughts?

 

Hi - I have a problem.  I have way.....and I mean way too much cc of Sims2, to the point of my main drive (let's call it A).  Is there a way I can have my game content on a peripheral drive (Let's call this one D Drive) so I can clear up much needed Megabytes on A drive, and still have my sims2?

Turns out it was a bad download - after I uninstalled everything and reinstalled Sims 3 I got the same error message which set me on the right track....

Hi all -


I have Qosmio PC Laptop. sims3 worked fine. Installed S3WA and then did update/patch. Cannot play game or install downloads.
Receive "Service Initialization failed (0x6224dd27).

 

I have already unistalled/reinstalled/repatched S3WA, unistalled/reinstalled/repatched BOTH S3 and S3WA (in case the problem was tied to CC), and I still get the same result.
Any thoughts? Advice? Help?  I've asked this question at Sims3 Support, but they haven't gotten back to me, and it's now three days.

I've been able to build and play apartments and am now testing shops on the ground floor.  I tried one variant with a restaurant and a shop.  The restaurant worked fine but I kept having trouble with the shop operating like it should.
What I did was create the building as a residence first, then change it to apartmentbase.  
I understand that if you build first in community mode and then change the zoning to apartment base the shops will work normally.
One thing I have not been able to do is advertise for roommates!
I think my newspaper is somehow involved.  I haven't been able to find a job via the newspaper since before Vacation came out.

Okay, since installing Seasons, there seems to be one problem I cannot figure out.  For some reasons, Sims cannot use the newspaper to find jobs.
They have to use the computer.  Weird.
Anyone else have this problem?

I've downloaded the file, but when I tried to install using Simfilemaid for Sims2, it says that no files were installed?
Wondering what to do?
