I use the hack from MATY that supposedly suppresses the annoying weather reaction, but it doesn't seem to work for some reason.  I was wondering if there were any other hacks like it out there that actually work.  (I mean come on... you'd think sims had never seen rain or snow before!)

Stops sims from getting the "buy a car" want unless there's a driveway on the lot?  I'm tired of seeing this want pop up when I don't have room for a driveway.

Sorry if a mod like this is already out there somewhere... but the "losing hobby enthusiasm" popup messages really get on my nerves.  I was wondering if it was possible to make a mod that either stops hobby enthusiasm decay or simply stops the popup messages.

Lets Sims sleep on community lots?  I know I've seen it somewhere before, but I just can't remember where.

I'm in need of a break from Pleasantview, so I've been thinking about making my own neighborhood. What I'm wondering is... how do you guys come up with names for your custom neighborhoods?

I'm a control freak also.  I hate the stupid things sims do with free will turned on, like bogarting musical instruments and being obsessed with kicky bag.  I don't trust sims with less than 3 cooking skill points with a stove.
