As for making sense of the post... I'm not quite sure what wanturs is aiming at, other than letting of some steam by not being able to build apartments that she'd like to. I don't have Uni or NL. But I still can't make apartments or hotels even on the special lots for apartments (in the new apartment life hood). How can I unfreeze (release) the building tools. Is there a hack or something. Or am I missing something? The cheat you're looking for is (and this has done the rounds a thousand times by now I should think) boolprop aptbaselotspecifictoolsdisabled false boolprop aptsublotspecifictoolsdisabled false That should unlock, as far as I know, the building tools for AL in build mode.
