Simmers' Paradise / General Sims 2 Help / No Engagement option?

Can anyone help me. I have a sim couple who in their "wants" want to get married to each other but there is never an option for engagement... i have no idea why, they speak nearly every day and have been on so many dates i dont know what to do anymore....:sad4:

Anyone pls....
Can u jst tell me what goes in which folder, etc:
Already created sims
Hair, eye colour
ALready created residential/community lots.
I have all lots in my Teleport Folder and everything else i have D/L in my Downloads folder am i doing everything right because nothing is showing up when i play.

Hello all,
I was just wondering if someone could help me. I have downloaded about 12 lots from here and not all of them are showing up in my lots bin. Their all together in the same file (teleport) and i can only see 8 houses. did i do something wrong or i cannot view all of them i have to erase some?
PLs help me someone its so frustrating... :sad4:
