Try to find it at the gallery (http://www.sims2wiki.info/wiki.php?title=Hair_Gallery/Female_Hair/Peggy). Peggy's files are so messed up in the numbering that it's problematic to find anything... but it's a lot easier to know where to search if you know if it's free, gift or pay. It's also a good place to find other hairs.
