It has big airy windows that let in a lot of sunlight and a porch that wraps around the side of the house on two levels. The front of the house is landscaped with lovely giant Oleander bushes and a fountain.
It has a spacious back yard, with plenty of room for a pool, if your Sims decide to have one put in. This house would be great for a family of 4-6. There are two bedrooms downstairs, and a master suite upstairs. The upstairs also has a loft that looks out over the living room that is perfect as an office or a game room.
