Ok, I installed him into a clean game and he's showing up.  First you have to unzip the rar file (right click on the file and choose extract).  You'd then use clean installer to open the package file, and you should see everything pictured below.  You then choose install and it will automatically install all the files into your Downloads folder (you can move them into sub-folders afterwards).  Tell  me the steps you're taking.

Singer, musician, Max Heden leads his own band [COLOR=DarkSlateBlue]The Factory[/COLOR][/FONT].  They're creating quite a buzz on the club scene in Simmiewood, and are hoping to get signed by a record label soon.  In the meantime though, charming romance sim Max, shares a house with three friends and works as a roadie (Musician career track).  He's a fabulous cook and a decent artist.  He's even got a couple of paintings on display at a local art gallery.  The oldest of six kids of his Congressman dad and stay-at-home mom, he spends quite a bit of time hanging with the folks, and his younger siblings.  His very conservative parents are not too happy about his lifestyle, and keep hoping he'll get a 'real' job, settle down, get married and start a family. NOT! :-P Right now, Max is juggling three loves!  Can you resist those beautiful eyes? Max's younger brothers Pieter and Wil are now posted in Sim Hunks too.  His sister Elisabeth can be found in Sim Honeys, and teen siblings Alana and Justin are in Sim Families & Groups.

Well, I am beside myself with excitement!  I did some searching around and found a working link to the beta version of SimPe for BV!  It's at post #30 by Lyra here (note: the other links posted in the thread are expired.  Lyra gives a working one........and guess what? It really does work!  

Once you've downloaded it, remember to follow the instructions that Decorachroi posted the link to (above).  And pleeeease back up, before you do anything!  I always back up my neighbourhood (and call it "clones" or something) and use that backed up hood to open up Sims Surgery and export simmies.  They'll then show up in CAS, and more importantly, Bodyshop where you can package them for upload.  

WARNING: make sure you remove any BV stuff from your sims before packaging them, like jewellery and stuff, so people who don't have the EP can download and use your sims.  Have fun!

Unfortunately SimPe hasn't been updated for Bon Voyage, so if you've got BV installed you won't be able to use it to export your born-in-game sims.  

There is however, a tester version of SimPe that apparently works for exporting post BV sims that are born-in-game, more info here.  You will need to follow the link that Decorachroi posted above for instructions on how to use the program to so this, but you'll need the test version.  Good luck.  Am off to try it out myself.

UPDATE: Ok, the test version doesn't allow you to export your sims. There's an updated version of it, but you have to be a registered member of the forum.  You may have to wait a little longer ThexVillain.

Michael Garcia was 22 and about to start medical school, when he took off for a summer backpacking through Europe.  In France, he met the exotic 19-year old, Caribbean beauty, Chaya Sane, who was studying dance in Paris.  They fell madly in love, and she returned to Simmiewood with him. They got married, moved in with his parents, and the babies started coming right away.  They're both still extremely active, keeping in shape by working out together. Micheal is now a top neurosurgeon at Simmiewood Memorial Hospital. Chaya is a stay at home mom who loves painting and playing the piano, and now that most of her brood is out of the house, she's finally started writing a novel.  Their children are in Sim Honeys and Hunks: Marc 26, Carolina 25, Jon 24, Paulina 23, Rob 22, Manny & Christina 21, Michelle 20, Adrianna 19, Antonio 18 and Alejandro 16.

I hate to age my Simmies to elders (hate that slouch), so I use middle-age costume makeup to make them look older.  (I only age them when I figure they're around 60 or so).



In the interest of size, I have not included either of their skintones: My Michael uses Wirelessguy's louis-linked version of Beosboxboy's delicious bodybuilder mesh.  You can download the "wguy-beos-louis7-mid.rar"skintone here, and the mesh here. Funkey Monkey, I'm still trying to find where I got this exact outfit.  My game is defintely identifying the outfit as being a grunge set by Rapid Angel, but I can't find that exact one at Sims Connection, though he (she?) does have two very hot grunge collections there. Will keep searching.

Going to see if I can find a link for you today.  I'm pretty sure the mesh is by Rabid Angel at Sims Connection; it's a paysite, but often Rabid's meshes are free.  Will also scour around for the actual page link.  I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
