I'm afraid I have stripped it of most of the custom content and the 2 hacks (mail box and phone controller) and now it's only just over 1MB. The MB was 64 or somesuch and took ages to download. Even with my set-up it got a bit laggy with the full content (minus the hacks...they never got into my game in the first place)
It's a really nice house even stripped bare though, and I can add stuff I already have from my groaning downloads folder.
