Hello, I'm sorry if your still hanging off a cliff trying to figure this out. :( It's my fault that I haven't been to my thread in a long time. To download the Vols Cheerleader outfit, just click on the file right below the last picture. On your computer, it should appear wherever you told it to save, then go into the zip file, and the Sims 2 Custom Content Installer will come up after doubleclicking on the file inside.
