Too cool!! Thank you!! Now if Toni would just get her house uploaded for us! *grin* Might have to teach her how to use winrar to compress it into multiple files for easier upload/downloads for dial up users though.

I think SimReal house is in need of a skinny-dipping pond if it ever gets ressurected. I gave up on building cheats...I spent hours building a tree house....I mean a real treehouse for the game, not just a house on top of a tree like I have seen so many do...but with the floors intermingled about the branches...was really cool...then I tried to get fancy and use the cheats to build a pool...messed up my treehouse completely. I was so bent...I'll leave the build cheats to others. On another note...I hope to soon get back to the simreal house...just have to get my time on a budget again...*le sigh*

If I am reading your post correctly, the tutorial tells you how to change that 4th view from the blue screen to a screen where you can work on it.
You right click in the window, click projections, click the type of projection you want, left,right,top,bottom,front,back,3d view.
As for skeleton looking or shiny, this is also done by right clicking the window in question and selecting, wireframe (skeleton), flat shaded, smooth shaded (shiny), there is also a texture view, but I don't use that mode. I use the shaded and the wireframe as needed.
