For some reason, hottubs and fountains in my game now have flashing water. I decided to try that useshaders false or whatever it was cheat, and this was the result...


After I got it back to normal, this happened when I tried to get him to leave the hottub.



This one is of the maid, I think Kaylynn or whatever her name is. She walked around like this all the time, at every house she was the maid at, and would grumble to herself the entire time.

I wanted to make a set of eyes with alot of white visible on the bottom of the eyes, because I've seen alot of people with eyes like this and trying to sim them without the proper eyes was beyond frustrating.

Since this is my first attempt at eyes, they aren't as perfect as I'd like them to be, but I like them anyway. They look good game, and I used these for my Maksim Chmerkovskiy sim and I like the effect.


At some point I plan to adjust the light source to make them look less like they line of site is pointing up, and I do plan on making more colors.

The colors are brown, blue, green, and a few variations of those shades including a couple with a greyish center and a hazel-like shade of brown/green/blue. Also a nice greyish shade.

Ya know the problem with a deathhawk is it's really thick and fluffy. I tried doing an alpha edit of the Extreme Mohawk from MTS2 but I just couldn't get it how I wanted it. I haven't tackled meshing yet, still abit afraid of it. lol

If you know of a thick mohawk mesh that might be able to be alpha edited or something, let me know. I really would love to make one tho. I had a deathhawk for about a year and I loved it!

Okay, the hair itself is 0115, and starts on page 58. The mesh is 0018.

Sorry, but this isn't the place to ask that. Try the sims 2 help.

Part of your problem is probably compatibility. If you only have the base game, then the stuff your not seeing is for an expansion pack.

Custom clothing is only available through CAS or by buying it (going to a community lot that sells clothes, or using Insim's clothing thinger.) and then you have to click on a dresser or the insim clothing thing and plan the outfit. Makeup, hair and any 'facial' stuff should show up through the mirror. If it doesn't show up at ALL then it's likely a compatibility issue. If it shows up as a maxis hairstyle but has a * on it, then you need a mesh.

Since this isn't a help thread, that's as much explaining as I'm gonna do. Try posting this in the help section here if you still need help.

Awesome! But could you please tell us what mesh/hair number it is? I hate digging through all the pages of her site. Why there has to be a pic for EVERY color of every hair is beyond me.

(Note: My comp cannot handle the graphics super well, so any blurriness is due to my comp and not the textures/skin/etc themselves. Also, I think it's obvious from the overall crunchy/blurriness of the model and the background that it's not just the textures. I have an older computer with onboard graphics and tho the settings were all on high, this is the best I could get, pic wise. Sorry!)

The gorgeous and talented proffessional Latin Ballroom Dancer, Maksim Chmerkovskiy.

Maksim is most noted for his work as a pro on the US version of Dancing With The Stars. He's partnered with Tia Carrere, Willa Ford, and currently Laila Ali. In addition to his work on the show, he also teaches in his studio Dance With Me, and Rising Star Academy, both in New Jersey. He is renowned for his work with very young dancers.

Maks suffered a severe injury in a Skiing accident at 13, and was told by doctors he'd likely never dance again and would in all likelyhood have a limp for the rest of his life. Maks proved them all wrong, however, and was dancing in competitions within a year.

You can catch Maksim on Mondays and Tuesdays on ABC's Dancing with the Stars.


Maks comes packaged in the base game black half open button down shirt and dark jeans outfit, and with maxis hair (pictured), however, the hair is from Nightlife. However there's a hair (called Lucas) that you can get that looks mostly like the maxis one. I will probably update these eventually as I'm not thrilled with the shading on the ass, since it comes out kinda matte instead of high shine like the front. I also plan on maybe doing some other colors of stockings, like purple and slime green and such over the black and white.
