Then pack up the family and take a drive to BeachHead in the beautiful St. Claire island. The smell of the ocean salt and smog-free air will bring you smiles and seeing the kids making sandcastles will bring out the inner child in you. :occasion: See, feeling better already? Okay enough with the silly and get down to the stats:
Features: Built on a 2X3 lot, 3 beds, 2 baths, livingroom, eat-in kitchen, TV room that has breathtaking scenic windows, hot tub, even a little rubber boat. Parking for 1 car, and pet friendly, although you will need to place a pet bed and bowl. (I forgot to) Cost: about 86500 simoleons. Thanks I use all EP's to create this lot and it was packaged with the Sims2Clean-Installer, so no hacks included. Note: I used a custom neighborhood to build this lot not Bluewater and I don't know if the water heights need to be adjusted. Please let me know if anyone has problems with this lot.
