when i dowload somthin and then play sims 2 it wont show up so plz give me a link to winrar or winzip and tell me what to do to make it work plz i would love to use my sims 2 stuff that i download

well i dowloaded stuff to my download folder and it wont show up on sims2 and i want it to becuase i installed big houses and cute clothes plz help
