Title: How to get pets pregnant?
Post by: Frog_Man on March 18, 2007, 04:44:41 pm
Is there a mod for this or something? I have tried like 50 times, and my cats never get pregnant, unless music does NOT play when a pet gets pregnant.

Is there any tips or cheats or anything to help me with this?

classic1955_Leo,

Normally to get your pets to breed (and produce offspring), you need to build a high enough relationship between the two animals, and have a pet house present on the lot. With that done, click on the pet house and you should see the option for 'Try for Litter with...' appear.

(I believe the cat condo will also work for cats)

...if not, check the relationship between the two, and make sure you have both a male and female pet (a common oversight). As many problems about this as I've seen, I find it kind of funny since I've never once had trouble with getting my pets knocked up.
