Hello again everyone!
So, Ive been having yet another problem, I recently put all my folders onto another laptop whilst I rebooted mine. I reinstalled the sims 2, put my folders back and installed AL that I just recently got. Loaded my game, my neighbourhood (Veronaville) was there, but no families, pressed the windows button, looked in ts2 folders and all was correct in the N003 folder. Shut down the game, looked back in the folder and it then wasnt there....wth!!
So I then turned on the game again, copied the folder, turned it off and replaced it with the correct folder...right?
Turned on the game, was fine, but on the neighbourhood loading page, it wouldnt go past the two lines of squares. Pressed control alt del, said it wasnt responding.
So today Ive been looking online for people who might have similar problems, I got Delphy Download Organiser, so I now currently have no mods, hacks or careers. Tried again, didnt work, took out cc, worked but had all my families there that live in maxis houses but no cc houses. So all day Ive been putting in a bit of cc, trying it (Works), and again and again until I have it all in, still works only the families still arent there. So I thought oh maybe I need to install some of the packaged lots that I have, so I did. Tried the game and made sure the neighbourhood folder was correct. It now wont go past the Veronaville loading page on the second line of squares and Im back to square one again. I have no corrupt files that I know of but I looked on Problems Reports and Solutions and I have attached the report details.

Ok so new news, I can now go onto my neighbourhood (Veronaville) but only my sims that live in maxis houses are there....so for example, two custom made sims are there in a maxis made house, but all my custom sims in custom houses arent there, and Ive installled all my custom content so whats going on?

Right so I'm at the end of my tither with this one....
I got IKEA for Christmas, and I was looking forward to seeing some furniture in game that I have in my room haha
I installed it and carried on using the Free Time cd like it asks. I go into University, and I had no custom content, so I looked and it needed enabling, enabled, saved, quit and started it again.
But as I started this time, it totally skips the little film at the beginning and goes straight into the big "The Sims 2 Free Time" screen where its loading, and it stops about 1/3 of the way on "Predicating Predestined Paths" and it comes up saying "So and so has crashed, this programme with now terminate." So there was me thinking it was a one off, started it again, and it carried on. So I looked for a patch, got it and downloaded it. Tried again, not working. So I uninstalled IKEA, still not working, so I then uninstalled and reinstalled FreeTime, still not working. I then got rid of all my custom content, added a little bit, it worked, added a little bit, it worked again...until I had added it all, and it was fine. So after spending what seems ages on fixing this, I went and reinstalled IKEA, bad idea, cause it did it again (wishful thinking). So I uninstalled it and still didnt work, and then I just installed the whole of the game.
Ive just picked Nightlife, Business, Bon Voyage, Holiday stuff, glamour, free time and IKEA from all my games to install. I installed them all, checked everything and it still stops at that "Predicating Predestined Paths".
Ive also looked online and saw on MTS2 that Lord Darcy has made a IKEA Home Stuff Objects Fix - Missing FT Functions Enabled download, which I had got, downloaded and installed it properly, although wouldnt I have to get onto my game to enable custom content??
Im just so confused and Ive tried everything I know.

Right so my seasons go like this: Spring, summer, autumn, winter.
So say for example, my whole neighbourhood is now onto the autumn season, and I want a family of mine to move house into a new one that Ive made, and when I enter it the house is in spring, which kind of messes it all up because my families are getting ready for trick or treat and Im putting all the decorations in the gardens.
Well, I was wondering if anyone knew of a mod that someone has made or something that you could download so that you can change the season in that particular house?
If not then its ok but its just the little annyoing things that get me lol

Hi I just want to say Im sorry cause I dont know where to put this.
I recently asked a WCIF question for a dress that I have been looking for, and scalad helped me find my dress and she gave me the link and the website for the mesh.  Which I then downloaded into my Downloads folder.
Anyways I went onto game and the dress was a Maxis dress which of course means that it didnt work and something is wrong with the mesh (correct me if Im wrong). So I re-downloaded the mesh, still nothing. So I asked Vitasims if they knew if there was anything wrong with the dress, no there wasnt and she gave me the link back to the mesh which is here
So I re-downloaded it again and used Winrar instead of winzip, and it comes up saying its a corrupt file. And when its extracted, I go to look in the folder and nothing is there. So Ive been wanting to ask the website owner for some help, but the site is in German, I tried translating the page but I cant ask the person for any help. So if anyone could please help me like either downloading it themselves and sending it to me(if thats possible) or if someone who speaks German could please help me, I would be so thankful!!
I have to go now seeing as its time for bed but please help me!!

I dont normally like building houses, but seeing as this is the house of my dreams I tried to make it on the sims, this is the first time that I've done this so bare with me.

This house is 24 Maple Drive which is from the film Father of the Bride. It is a 1991 comedy film starring Steve Martin, Diane Keaton, Kimberly Williams, George Newbern, Martin Short, and Kieran Culkin. It is a remake of the 1950 movie of the same name. In 1995, a theatrical sequel, Father of the Bride Part II, was released.

I made this house around a year ago before I had internet and only had the help of the video to make this house, and recently I found some piccys of the house and its not exactly the same but I did my best :angel: By the way I didnt like the colour of the roof in the film...So I changed it in my game but of course you can change it.

I recently got a new laptop for xmas, and I transferred my CC from my old laptop onto my new one, and it only shows some of my cutom content, but no make-up or hairstyles, yet some of my old sims from my old laptop, still have the custom make-up and hairstyles....and i was wondering, i remember someone telling me ages ago about having to download something for them to work, I have insimenator which works on my game...But does anyone know what is wrong?? Id really appreciate some help.

I have recently had problems with my sims 2 game. All my people in my university couldn't go to class or do the final exam so i asked for advice and someone told me to get the sims2 season patch from the website. I downloaded it and run it. But then it told me that an error ocurred and that i may need to uninstall then re-install my game!!!! And i needed to back-up my game. So first of all i backed up my game on a memory stick(which wouldnt work). So i was wondering whether i could copy all my folders, every single one from the eagames/sims2 folder into a zipped folder and then uninstall my sims 2 seasons and then when i reinstall it all i have to do is put all of my folders from the zipped folder back in to the sims2 folder..?? Do you think that would work??

I recently have put a couple of sims into uni, and they wont go to class or the final exam!!!! I have the sims 2 seasons insim machine.....do you think i should take it out??   It has always worked before...they have selected their major but when it pops up sayin something like...."Sally needs to be in class in one hour" She wont go and when i click on her to choose college then go to class, well the option college isnt even there!!!! please help me....
