This is a recolor of a mesh created by www.rosesims2.net (http://www.rosesims2.net) (not included. Go to page 7 of the hair section and it's the second one.) I got a couple requests to make male versions of my female versions (available HERE (http://www.insimenator.org/showthread.php?t=25169)) so.....here they are I used the same textures as the ones used in the female versions.
