If you did so, you would discover that right at the top of the "Community Downloads" section of the forums is a lovely little forum titled "Celebrity Sims" that has a huge collection of celebrity sims for download.
If there's a specific celebrity that you want and you can't find them, post a request in the "Requests" forum, including pictures of the celebrity. Title: celeb sims.
