Located just minutes from downtown Sim City and mere minutes from the beloved Bluewater Village, Hearthstone Estates is truly about location, location, location! Divided into three phases, Hearthstone Trails, Hearthstone Meadows, and Hearthstone Vistas. All homes come with standard features such as full brick wrap and 3 car side-entry or courtyard garages.
The Westminster is the final home in the 4X5 lot series. I have included some RL pictures of the Westminster for a bit of fun. Oh, there is a huge bonus room upstairs. In RL, it's usually converted to a recreation room and media room, but I'm leaving that up to your Sim homeowners to decide how to use the space. The Westminster is number 15 of the 15 homes available to build in Hearthstone Trails, Meadows, and Vistas. The Westminster is also the final 4X5 lot of the series. The Westminster features 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms with a first floor owner's retreat. A tiled foyer welcomes you. French doors leading to a study with built-in cabinets and library entices you on one side and on the other is an open formal dining room with butler's pantry. **Now if only the in-game butler would use it!** LOL. The gathering room comes standard with a fireplace and dual sided stairwell leads you into the gathering room or into the kitchen, hearth room or morning room. A gourmet kitchen will bring out any sim's inner desire to be a great chef. A powder room and laundry room complete the common spaces on the main level. The Westminster features a 3 car courtyard garage. The main level owner's retreat is so inviting, your Sim homeowners may never go to work! French doors leads to the backyard patio. The owner's bathroom is spa like with its dual vanities, large garden tub and oversized walk-in shower. His and her walk-in closets and the water closet complete the retreat. On the upper level, a huge bonus room awaits your Sim homeowners imagination. Will it be a media room with wet bar? A hobby room? A playroom for the kids? A guest suite with its own bathroom and two additional bedrooms with a jack-and-jill bathroom rounds out the upper level. Welcome Home.
