Yeah, duplicating the layer is the best way. I annoy the heck out of myself if there is even the tiniest speck of white (or other background color) left, so I remove everything

Is there ANYONE here that has Adobe ImageReady and that wants a tutorial on how to make animated avatars on it?

You cannot use Photoshop to animate, you need ImageReady. And that's EASYPEASY to use for animations... Maybe I'll make a tut someday.

Pandasan: I would advice to cut out the white background BEFORE rezising the picture.

I just wanted to add:

Installing lots with the Wohoo tool is still risky business. On both the Macs in this house, if a house made with EP's we don't have is installed, it will crash the game when trying to enter it. I don't know if anyone else has this problem, but keep it in mind. There is no problem bulldozing and deleting the problemhouses, but when trying to move in a family, the game, as mentioned, crashes.

You've probably got some downloads that require NL, and they crash the game. Have you tried loading the hood without any downloads?

I would just install NL and then poof, problems gone

Well, they release all expansion packs for macs, but they come alot later than for PC's, because aspyr (who makes the mac games) only get the expansion from Maxis when they release it... So that's when aspyr can start working on converting them. Every EP up to seasons are available as of now, and I think happy holiday is the newest SP to be released. Life stories, Family fun stuff and glamourlife SP is also available.

You can either order them online at the apple-store, or find a store that sells apple-products near your. They are usually called The Apple store, or Humac. At least here in Norway.

The wardrobe adjustor is a part of the insimenator machine, wich is a thing no-one playing the sims should be without. The wardrobe adjustor looks like a pile of clothes, and let you buy, plan and change clothes.  I usually put it on a coffetable or endtable in the bedrooms, I feel it ad a sense of realism to my houses.

Is the same problem occuring if you use the Wardrobe Adjustor in the Insimenator?

How to get two sims that are going on a date in a car at the same time:

Pick the first sim, and make him/her go sit in the car. Then, with that sim selected, click on sim number 2, and "ask to join" or whatever. When sim nr.2 gets in the car, click on the car and choose "go somewhere".

Voila.

Still not what Im looking for... I dont want to chnge the skin, but the whole damn MODEL. Especially the male one.

Well, the model is still buttugly, but at least she looks a tad better with an enayla skin... I'd still like to know if it's possible to replace them completely though
