I've never seen anything like that. Are you sure it's not an accessory? You might try taking her to a mirror and making sure she doesn't have on a glasses type object,

Thanks for your reply, it`s no accessory and i also have one sim holding
stuff in his hand so he`s carrying it around with him wherever he goes
and it just suddenly appeared like with this dinothing, lol

Did you download something recently when that problem started????
I mean, that never happened to me, but I know very well that bad done downloads can make strange things happen in game. Just happen with that sim girl or with someone else?? Maybe you just consider to move away you download folders to see if thereĀ“s something there that make your sim carrying that stupid dino hat.

Can`t think of anything special i downloaded, also one sim got invisible for a while,
but, he`s normal again now. Don`t know if this will dissapear just as suddenly as it
appeared, lol. I use clean installer and i only use a few hacks like a clothesrack and
the simblender. Also the simmies have a jump bug from the school bus so they don`t
have homework. Have to save the game after they`re all home from school, or later
in the day, or the kids will be home again although i sent them to school and then
they social worker may come to take the kids if i load the game at a later time.
I have used the boolprop cheat to get my own townies, no idea if that could have
caused this, but, it may just as well be possible. Disabled it after making them though.

From what you describe, greatest likelihood is that you have incompatible, outdated and/or conflicting custom content.

Activate the moveobjects on cheat. Select the bird. Delete the bird. That should do it.

That is the method that people use to get rid of objects that seem to get stuck in the heads of their sims and pets.
