Well I'm back into the house design, well I'm the still the average builder so don't expect great architectural buildings with loads of details and custom stuff. I'm still into the normal objects which for me are fine to build a house.

Lets go that what matters:

This is my first urban house, equiped with the latest technologies and the whole costs a small fee of 21$110 ( Correct me if I'm wrong )

This house has : 2 couple rooms ( 4 sims)
                       One room with 2 beds ( 2 sims )
                       2 living rooms ( With Tv , Piano , ect )
                       1 Bathroom
                       1 Kitchen
                       1 Dinning room

This house is good enough to hold a big family ( 6 sims ). Still you may require to add a bigger table in the dinning room because it only supports 4 sims at the time when eating ofcourse.

Custom Content - This house is tottaly free of any custom thingies
Expansions - I have all

Finaly I want to make a request, that those who download it make a review of the house, its a simple thing, comment about the good stuff and bad stuff, what needs to be improved ect.

Nice addition to my pirate crew argh matey! And for those around here I suggest also to change the skin into a  lighter one which also looks great so you have 2 sims in one.

I know its a random name but I like it since I use it alot.

Just say I've been around the Sims 2 BBS and never liked the '' environment ''. Kids screaming around for remakes of older sims expansions, people who don't accept your opinion and of course racism. I'm portuguese and I was insulted by some idiots which were from Brasil. Still I didn't report a thing because I've heard from some of my friends which were active on the bbs that reporting wasn't the solution.

Just thank god we got Insimenator where people with brains meet and chat like normal people.

EA doesn't care much on paysites. If they did then the situation would be more controlled.
But since the internet is huge and there are thousands of paysites its hard to take action agaisn't all.

Well then I want to apologise to Dr Pixel for my '' rude '' commentaries!

I know people don't donate much ( like me ) and should donate to the free sites.
Just say I haven't donate a thing yet because of bad experiences with the internet.
