Hmm I wonder what would happen if the cowplant ate the landlord at the apartment complex, he is mean to his tenants and any company the sims have over as visitors.  Argues, pokes, and shoves at them until half the town hates him and so constantly sims are kicking over the trash twice daily and stealing our newspapers!  I've noticed this rotten personality happens more with the male landlords to be honest. 

So what I'm hearing is the only safe way to kill a sim is naturally in game.  I've always simbinned deleted since the base game.  If it messes with anything I must have mistaken it as a bad mod or loadup.  I've also heard constant building and bulldozing lots is bad, along with moving sims in and out of lots.  LOL these are all the things I do more than anything else. 

Also try googling ,clp tuner, npc nuller, I refuse to give links anymore (actually never have)  I never know anyones policies or ages on here so theres my tip on what might help your nanny problem.

Well before I lose my momentum, I'm loading my game now to get the name of the arch quick for ya, also I was thinking on your wanted mod idea.  What if they just make a doctrine, even a fake object that looks like notarized old time parchment decreeing their promised betrothal.  It wouldn't actually do anything but the children/whomever could just be given the papers as a reminder of who belongs to who, hmm harder to explain than it was in my head. 

Our arches are indeed the same, Trellisor Special wedding arch to be exact, marhis and inge creators.  Wonder what a certain creator I know could do with your idea.  I've seen him tweak socials for teen pregnancies that actually make the parents/teen angry over her pregnancy, very cool.  So running your idea maybe of interest to him.

I've been sidetracked with building apartments apologies.  The time involved in building a completely functional apartment can be very time consuming, I've put the last month into building a total of 5.  Of those five, only 2 'work perfectly'.  One is coastal on the 5x6 lot, and the other is regular huge 5x6 lot.  My Coastal Condominium Lot has 4units with private garage/drives.  And the Groupies Retirement Center is a 3 unit with private garage/drives.  I haven't come up with clever names for them as of yet, their only half furnished and freshly rented so few live mode playing time left after all that tweaking.  I lost count how many move-in and outs I've had to do for these poor simmies just to fix a fudged this or that I missed before moving them in.  So since I have no new pics of the orphanage I'll post pics of the apartments/condominiums I've got up and running in my game FINALLY!

Googling rio, bootygal and classic pinup will be a fast way to look for meshes.  With sims as your heading of course lol duran duran, hiphopanotimus and betty page without it 

I know exactly what you did, I did the same thing on my first visit there.  Go there again, only this time read what's being said, there are some reposted dl links and urls to newer links for meshes and so on.  I had to go back twice for the same reason, missing meshes.  They are all there just pay attention to whats being said about the item your getting.  I know she can be found at another site but my minds drawing a blank, not enough sleep.  Might as well make folders for each bodytype your taking too, sooooo much easier, you'll thank yourself for it later I promise you.

  I have 6 children via adoption thru the phone without a mod assist.  I added simslice cloning mirror, thinking this will be alot faster than only recieving one child per day.  I began wonderring if they would start denying me more children due to the fact that we now have 2pets and the matron of the house moved in her fiance.  So that's 6 kids, 2pets, 3elderly, and what was once 1 servos is now only (all service sims are hired, butler,maid,gardner).  I use ahlotfullofsims mod so everything seems to be working smoothly. 
  Well to my point, I used the cloning mirror to make a copy of my toddler annika.  And poof there she is, without a leftside tag that shows she's selectable and without a plumbob when she's selected.  The lot still runs fine, everyone's aging correctly but the mirror was obviously not the way to go.  I didnt have the heart to delete the clone and didn't want to risk borking anything even if i could. 

who could delete a face like that?  If you look real careful you can almost see seymor playin with his car in his robe lol.  He likes to wear a cowboy hat, wish I had a pic of him. 

Can't belive no one gave you a lead to something that maybe as close as your going to get to a premade mod of what your asking for. 

I am not positive on the rules of mentioning adult themed sites so I won't even try it, I'm not even positive it's from one lol. 

But try googling for wedding arch mods.  I have one in my game and next time I launch my game I'll update this with it's file name.  It allows sim to get married no matter if they know each other or not, it evens summons the preproposed groom/or bride to the lot.  Same gender? Notta problem lol. 

I honestly haven't used it but it's nice to know its there.

Thanks for the tip cutiesimsthree, I still have my orphanage running with the same children.  You mention 2 birthing mods, but you didn't mention which one had the fake option.  I have the one from an adult site affiliate of simsvalley, and the one here but have yet to install either into my game.
Lol, guess I can just get off my rear and find out myself. 

I can see how a mod like what I'm looking for can put creators off completely, but if it's hosted on a family site the point of it should be established upfront.  I wish I'd stuck my nose in these tutorials 3yrs ago. Grr.

I am currently moving my 7girl's into the rehibilitation center for groupies lol, it's an apartment complex actually lol.  Worked 4 days on it, and when I say for 4days it means those entire days, *stretchh.  Exhausting but it looks AWESOME!  I'm so proud I'll post some pics on my old thread.  I've tooken the pics already to help get my rear in gear.  I'm so pumped, I can finally get back to playing!!! 

oh and I'm making hot wings today, oh man oh man could this day get any better!!!
