I had something like that happen to me.

I could never figure out what caused it, but i'm going to guess I downloaded something that wasn't compatiable with my EP's or a bad mesh or outfit.

Once I deleted the outfit in BodyShop, it went away.

Usually when this happens it is caused by a bad mesh or a missing mesh.

If you did not already, you could delete your groups.cache, cigen.package and casthumbnails files, it might help.

Like MissDoh said, it's usually a bad or missing mesh.

I would suggest, if you don't have one already, to create a "New" subfolder in your Downloads folder, and put all your new downloads in it until you are sure they work fine, or you like them in game. That way, if you have a problem and suspect it's with something you installed recently, all you have to do is pull out that little subfolder and test your game without it. I usually keep new downloads in there for a week or two, just to make sure it's good.

Sadly, yes, if you don't know what mesh is corrupting your game, you'll have to pick through them.

I notice that you also use default replacement skins.  You might want to start with those particular files, also, and make sure you didn't accidentally download two or more sets.  Had this happen once and couldn't figure out for the life of me what was up, and found it to be that particular issue.  ;)

There's also the possibility your objects.package has gotten corrupted.  Use this method (http://www.sims2wiki.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:Corrupted_Objects.package) to fix this issue.
