First time I ever followed a housing plan mostly to the letter, and it'll be the last time I do so as well. Talk about a dull-looking interior heh. Ah well. Some notes: The master bedroom on the first floor can be converted into a family room, media room, or what have you, if you wish. If you want bigger bedrooms on the second floor, knock down a few walls. This house is fairly configureable when it comes to the interior. It's also unfurnished since I couldn't decide on a design scheme to use.
