I tried to put a mild storyline in here. If it's a little hazy, here's what's going on: Life stinks. All of these poor Sims are on a crummy, muddy street ally, crying and being miserable. Poor Jona is even getting beaten up by some thugs. So, who alone can save the day but... The Red Cross! No, not the blood donation drive. The sleek superheroine who loves to bust a groove! (LOL.) So, The Red Cross must take matters into her own hands and cheer up these poor neglected souls by any means nessasary...
