Then you just download the file to your comp, unpack it with winrar or whatever you use and click on the sims2pack file. Clean installer will install it into your game. Sims2pack files are a sort of sims 2 archive files, they need to be unpacked. If you don't have or don't want to d/l the clean installer, try unpacking it and clicking on the file anyway, it might get installed by Body Shop.
