i do remember this one game i used to play a lot when i was kid. it was like this weird, cartoonish-like game but i can't really describe it and i can't remember the name of it! but that was like, in the mid-  to late 90s and i was four, five, maybe six years old back then, so its kinda hard for me to remember the great details of it...

last night, i dreamt that i was in the band hall during percussion sectionals. i was just standing in the corner, minding my own business. actually, i was leaning on this one tuba case and listening to my ipod. anyways, this girl in the top band trumpet section, Tina, who i've had a crush on since sixth grade, but don't know very well, started talking to me just about things in general. that was pretty much my whole dream, just the two of us talking during percussion sectionals.

and the scary part is, this morning when i had to go up to the school for color guard stuff (both me and Tina are in the floor crew), she actually talked to me the whole way to and from contest. so maybe we might actually be friends after all...

not really dumb, but it was a funny situation:

this morning, for whatever reason, this guy that i hate with a burning passion was hanging out in my first period class during the morning announcements. when we started to say the pledge, he just glared at me and suddenly gave me this stupid lecture on respecting my country in the morning (he's in this military class, ROTC). by the end of the lecture, he asked me, "so how do ya feel 'bout disrespecting your country, Ryan?!" and i said, very calmy, "know what, Kevin? go eat a pickle, cuz i don't give a crap about what you just said!"

i just discovered this about five minutes ago; when two sims are having a conversation, if you click on the sim you're playing as, an option to "change the subject" comes up!

this one just came back to me while the band was on a trip to Disney World (which we just got back from):

a couple years back, around June 2007, i was waiting with my brother and cousin to go on this ride called Rock N Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith. it was just me and my family, as well as my Aunt Tina, and cousins Jessica and Daniel on that trip. anyways, i was talking to Daniel and my brother while we were waiting to go into the pre-show area and i didn't hear the announcement that the automatic doors were about to open and i was standing right where they would swing by and hit someone in the face if they weren't paying attention. Daniel and my brother are kinda freaking out and saying "Ryan get outta the way! Move!" i just kinda rubbed it off and turned towards the door and SMACK! the door whacks me in the face and my nose started bleeding pretty bad. i think it bled for a good half hour after impact, but, call me crazy, i still went on the ride anyways, bloody nose and all.

ok, well, #1, the test was over English/Language Arts and we had to write a compostion for that test, and apparently since writing just ain't the thing at Mayde Creek they decided to give us all day. imagine that...being locked up in one room for at least eight hours....

and #2, mind you i had just woken up from my hour and a half nap and was still half-asleep when i needed the bathroom, so my brain wasn't really functioning right

today, after the state standardized testing (which was the whole school day, 7:30-2:35) and a hour and a half nap (i finished at noon), i almost walked into the girl's restroom! thank god one of the principals was there to guide me to the boy's....
