i need poses for pics, but I normally just ctach them when they're playing pillowfight or waterbaloon stuff. so just outta curiousity it would be nice to know.

im not sure but do they flex after they get fit, i could have sworn i seen my sim pat his upper arm.

Try the "Punch U Punch Me" game with the sims.  A sim might pat their arm during that time.  ;)

Yes, they do flex after they get fit. I love that animation. lol.

EDIT TO ADD: There are a couple of paintings here on the site by aikea_guinea you might find useful. They have a whole whack load of animations pulled from the game,  and I'm sure on of them is the flexing animation loop. You could also go here (http://www.jd-movies.com/moviemakinghelp.html) and download Jaydee's anim boxes. Oh, and while you're there, read up on the reaction tester. It can help you get some great poses ;)
