Title: converting a male outfit to a female outfit?

I need some help or guidence to convert a male outfit into a female outfit.
Is this even possible? I recently found an outfit that is called a zoot suit at MTS2 but for a male =/. I want to convert the zoot suit to a female outfit. If its possible for anyone to give a link to a tutorial that shows this or any help is useful and wanted =]] A zoot suit is this

Chris I'm not sure, but I think there is a tutorial out there on how to go about doing this. I will try and find it and let you know because I believe it can be done.

well, females have breasts and the chest of the male meshes isn't build in a way that you can change them into breasts...

If you do not want to change the mesh to a more female shape then you only have to fix the neck.
Still a meshing job ;)

ok thanks Bloom. I'll leave it alone then. I haven't gone into meshing yet. So i'll just wait =]] But thanks for that ;)
