I've got a question about my videocard, My options: Smooth edges and Special Event Camera are disabled, Is it possible that my videocard isn't good enough ? Here is some information about my card: INTEL(R) EXTREME GRAPHICS 2 REPORT Report Date: 03/22/2007 Report Time[hr:mm:ss]: 22:14:50 Driver Version: 6.14.10.4396 Operating System: Windows XP* Professional, Service Pack 2 (5.1.2600) Default Language: English DirectX* Version: 9.0 Physical Memory: 478 MB Minimum Graphics Memory: 32 MB Maximum Graphics Memory: 96 MB Graphics Memory in Use: 7 MB Processor: x86 Processor Speed: 2999 MHZ Vendor ID: 8086 Device ID: 2572 Device Revision: 02 Title: Intel(R) Extreme Graphics 2 Post by: billyd1000 on March 22, 2007, 04:35:28 pm Intel extreme Graphics are these days a dinosaur. Not putting down your computer, just a fact with faster, bigger games with lots of graphics. I have an old Dell setting here that came with that also. I went to an Nvidia Fx5500 pci graphics card. It did OK up through Glamor Stuff, But Pets marked the end of the road for it otherwise. I will probably get yelled at by some one saying I'm crazy, but Even with 256 Mb of dedicated memory, paired with a 2.2 Ghz Celeron and 1 Gb of pc 2100 ddr, it just couldn't get the job done. So yes, it is time for you to upgrade. Sorry for the ramble. :)
