Price: 143,541 Lot size: 5x4 Here is a wonderful roomy home for you Sim family. It features a two-car garage, hexagonal pool, pond, rear balcony, and sunroom. It also features modular stairs that I built myself (my first attemp, so they aren't fabulous, but I am pleased with them), large eat-in kitchen, master bedroom with ajoining bath, laundry room, two bedrooms, and two full baths. (not counting master) It comes fully landscaped, although there is plenty of room to add your own touches. The children's bedrooms are furnished with my own bedroom sets (Maxis recolors, and my own walls) Kitchen wallpaper is my own, as well as sunroom wallpaper. Title: Lovely (house) Post by: karialSim on September 01, 2007, 12:33:29 am I really have to apologize for this house. I uploaded it without FULLY testing it out. Once I actually played it, I realized that the modified staircase doesn't work. I had to put in Targa's assention thingy to get from the first floor to the second floor. I truly am sorry for that! I wasn't even able to modify the staircase when I played. So, while it IS a house I'm currently playing and enjoying, be warned. It can't be played with the staircase as built. (and dammit, it looked so purdy lol)
