This mod prevents sims from autonomously talking through the stuffed teddy bear. no EP is required. This mod is compatible with FFS & GLS. I had it and it didn't work at all once I bought OFB.
Could you also do a version of this that stops the talk-through for the Maxis bunny bear? I just check and twojeff's one is compatible with OFB, he updated it awhile ago. So long I don't place any teddies anymore in any house, but I used a Maxis house that has one in it and a stupid woman went upstairs to pick up the teddy to talk thru to another person that was on the other side of the lake (this visionary villa) :(

the numerous times those animals were laid down squarely in the way of something more important, like say... a baby bottle... just caused me to take them off my lots and have a stuffed animal bond fire. T H A N K Y O U ! |
