This is what we call a Maisonette here in the UK (although it's usually part of row of houses). It has a double tandem garage, 3 bedrooms - 1 with en-suite - 2 bathrooms (sorry about the colours - I tend to get a bit carried away in bathrooms!), plenty of space on the ground floor for a small rec room/gym, a sun terrace and a pool. It's partly furnished, you'll just need to finish off. No custom content, all Maxis stuff but you will need Uni & NL - sorry but I can't remember what extra decor was added in these from the original.
